My name is Karolina Jurewicz, and currently I am studying at Leeds College of Art, BA (Hons) Art and Design (Interdisciplinary)
Art to me is an external force that pushes me and inspires to transfer the contents of my thoughts and surrounding world. I have always been interested in art from a very early age - in particular painting which has allowed me to express my emotions, moods and needs.
The most influential people in my life are Salvador Dali - the grand master of surrealism, the most famous representative of pop art culture, painter, printmaker, and filmmaker - Andy Warhol, contemporary British painter - Jenny Saville, Nestor of Polish photography - Jan Bulhak, Leonardo da Vinci, Jacek Malczewski, Francis Bacon, Paul W Ruiz and Ben Tour.
